These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zventory website, web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Zventory, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

- “Zventory”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the owner and operator of the Zventory platform.
- “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- “Services” means all features, tools, software, dashboards, analytics, and functionalities provided by Zventory.
- “Content” includes all data, information, text, documents, files, and materials uploaded or generated through the Platform.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
Use of the Platform
You agree to use Zventory only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s security or operations
Data Ownership and Processing
- All data entered into Zventory remains the property of the User or their organization.
- Zventory does not claim ownership of your data.
- You grant Zventory a limited license to process data solely for providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.
- Zventory implements reasonable security practices in accordance with applicable laws.
Data Deletion and Retention
- Authorized users may delete data using platform tools.
- Deleted data is permanently removed and not recoverable, except where retention is required by law.
- Users are responsible for maintaining backups by own prior to deletion.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
- Certain features may require a paid subscription.
- Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed at purchase.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
- Zventory reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and designs, belong to Zventory.
- Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform without written consent.
Third-Party Integrations
- The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Zventory is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of such services.
Service Availability and Modifications
- Zventory strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
- Zventory shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Zventory’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zventory from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
Termination
- Zventory may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
- You may request data export or deletion prior to termination, subject to legal obligations.
Force Majeure
- Zventory shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, power failures, or internet disruptions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
- Zventory may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Export Compliance
- You agree not to use the Platform in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
