  • Access logs, usage patterns, and activity history
  • Date, time, and duration of system access

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Zventory platform
  • Process transactions and manage inventory, sales, purchases, and production

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal or business data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Authorized Users: As per role-based access permissions defined by your organization
  • With Service Providers: Trusted third parties providing hosting, analytics, messaging, or support services under strict confidentiality agreements

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Zventory follows a strict data retention and deletion policy. All personal and business data is retained only as long as it is required to provide the Services or to meet legal and contractual obligations.

Zventory provides a Data Deletion Facility to its users. Once data is deleted by an authorized user or system administrator, the information is permanently removed from our systems and is not retained, archived, or reused in any form, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Deleted data cannot be recovered after completion of the deletion process.

6. Data Deletion & User Control (Compliance)

Zventory provides users with full control over their data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and its associated rules.

6.1 Right to Access and Control

Authorized users can access, review, update, and manage their personal and business data directly within the Zventory system, subject to role-based permissions.

6.2 Right to Erasure (GDPR – Article 17)

Users have the right to request deletion of their personal and business data. Zventory offers an in-system Data Deletion Facility, allowing authorized users or administrators to permanently delete data.

Once a deletion request is executed:

  • The data is permanently removed from active systems
  • The data is not retained, archived, or reused

This right is exercised except where retention is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

6.3 Restriction and Objection to Processing

Users may request restrictions on certain data processing activities where applicable, or object to non-essential processing in accordance with GDPR provisions.

6.4 Compliance with Indian IT Act

Zventory complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Reasonable security practices are implemented to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

Requests related to data access, correction, restriction, or deletion may be initiated through the system administrator or by contacting our support team.

7. Legal Basis for Processing

Zventory processes data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of a contract (providing the Services)
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Legitimate business interests
  • User consent, where applicable

8. Third-Party Integrations

9. Children’s Privacy

Zventory is a business-oriented platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
