Getting Started with Zventory ERP
- Login to Zventory
- Go to Settings -> Organization Profile
- Enter company details, time zone, and currency
- Click Save
- Navigate to User Management
- Click Add User
- Assign Admin / Manager / Staff roles
- Send login credentials
Inventory Management
- Go to Inventory -> Items
- Click Add Item
- Enter SKU, category, and unit
- Enable batch or serial tracking
- Go to Inventory -> Adjustments
- Select warehouse
- Enter corrected quantity
- Save changes
Production Workflow
- Go to Production -> Work Orders
- Click New Work Order
- Select recipe and quantity
- Release for production
Sales & Purchasing
- Go to Sales -> Invoices
- Pick customer and items
- Confirm tax and totals
- Post invoice
Reports
- Go to Reports -> Inventory
- Choose warehouse/date filter
- Run report
- Export PDF or Excel
Mobile App
- Open app and login
- Tap Sync in settings
- Wait for success message
- Refresh dashboard

- Reset password using Forgot Password
- Ensure correct company URL
- Check internet connection
- Refresh dashboard
